Quality Electrical Services

" I had issues with ongoing flickering lights that BC Hydro had established were being caused by a malfunctioning connection on the house mounting base behind the SmartMeter. (For those who are unaware, the mounting base is the homeowner's responsibility.)
I contacted both BC Hydro Express Connection and Chilliwack Electrical Services to start the arrangements to have this fixed.

First thing next morning, I was back in contact with Chilliwack Electrical Services and within minutes we had a plan in place.  They got the permit, I let them know when BC Hydro had shut the power to the house, and before I knew it Logan had arrived and the malfunctioning connection jaws had been replaced. I could not believe that it had come together and was taken care of so quickly!
I am extremely impressed with the professionalism of everyone I spoke with at this company.  From Chantell in reception, who answered my initial call and whose friendly voice left me feeling totally at ease, to Mark the Office Manager, who listened to my electrical situation, asked questions to assess what needed to be arranged and then when the timeline suddenly sped up, made it all happen.  And to Logan, the Electrician who came and fixed the connection and then took the time to answer all my questions and show me what had been done....Thank you!
